It’s all about food, isn’t it? It decides how we physically feel, how we look, how active we can be or want to be, how sharp we are mentally, what clothes we’re comfortable wearing….and on and on. Let’s be honest, food can decide for us each day, how we live that day!
Food was never supposed to have this much power over us. Food is our nutrition, how our body maintains health and has fuel for activities. It can keep us from getting sick and help us heal when we are sick. Its’ purpose is the key to our health.
Each day we are given choices. A lot of us have read or been given so much information, it’s hard to make the “right” choice when it comes to food. My program can help take the guessing work out of the equation.
We are all made up differently, so we look at how different foods react or respond to your body and come up with a plan for you to take back your life from food or get your health back. And not only food, but your relationships with others, your work, your physical activity and spiritual health all play important roles. We will look at the “whole” self.
