Flow & Relax Yoga Series with Lori

$60 for four 75-minute sessions
Jump into the new year with a weekly yoga class led by Lori Tofaute, who brings 17 years of teaching experience to her class instruction! Each week we will start with an energizing and gentle flow of yoga poses and finish with a restful and relaxing restorative posture. Whether your resolution is to work harder or rest more, this series of yoga classes will be the perfect combination. Classes will be held in a heated studio: warm, cozy, and perfect for cold, winter mornings. Beginners and seasoned yogis welcome!
