A Family Yoga Center



Letty Urban, DC, DICCP, RYT

Letty was born and raised in the Mid-Ohio Valley. She is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Diplomate in Pediatrics and Pregnancy through the International Chiropractic Association which is a 300-hour post graduate program. She is a member of the Pediatric Council through the ICA and ICPA. She has been a practicing chiropractor since 1999. She has enjoyed practicing yoga for many years and decided she wanted to increase her knowledge of yoga practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Rod Stryker’s Parayoga lineage at Full Circle Yoga in Vienna, WV in 2016. Her hope is to spread yoga and create a family yoga center where people of all ages can experience the many benefits of YOGA.


Jessica Sowers, BA, RYT

Jessica was born and raised in Caldwell, Ohio.  She is a 320-hr yoga instructor, registered through the Yoga Alliance.  Jessica did her yoga teacher training at Shambhava Yoga Shoshoni located in Rollinsville, Colorado, an ashram which is home to Shambhava Yoga.  She has yoga teacher training  certificates in Level 1, Intermediate Level 2 and Intermediate Level 3.  She taught yoga at the Cambridge Area YMCA in Cambridge, Ohio for over 3 years, where she also was trained as a gymnast at a young age and coached gymnastics for 6 years.  Jessica has a background in Psychology.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Akron in 2000 and worked as a mental health case manager for 16 years.  She loves nature and animals.  In her free time she enjoys hiking, biking, exploring nature and yoga.  Her favorite yoga pose is Adho Mukha Vrksasana. 

Lauren Kager, RYT

Lauren began her practice in 2014. It was almost immediate that she felt the pull to continue studying, attend workshops and eventually complete her 200-hour teacher certification. Lauren also comes to us with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has worked several years in a corporate setting. She knows first hand how yoga can impact individuals on both a personal and professional level. 

Natalie Ball, RYT

Natalie has been practicing yoga since 2010 and became a 200-hour certified teacher in 2016.  She is a family practice physician assistant and is hopeful to integrate the benefits of yoga into the lives of her patients and community members.
